Hello miva-users,
I have someone who is looking for the following. They are not a
client - I was asked to help them understand what they wanted.
They want a portal with the following capabilities

Flow of operations:
User signs in to blah-blah-blah.com
- user name & password verified.
- account levels checked (assuming dollar value per access)
Site hands up "resources page"
User clicks resource of choice
(note, resources are external pay-as-you go websites. payment comes
from portal funds. External websites allow for multiple user access
with the same id/password)
<or>
User clicks search available databases (More money ?)
Site signs-in to database(s) performs requested function, hands back
page

The future client of somebodies also was to integrate a fairly large
volume of data gleaned from a email list that they own - with search
capability.
They are not committed to any programming style or database at this
point. I do not know how the external sites are managed or what type
of database they are stored in yet. At this point, they do not want
to migrate the email list either, but that may change.
Anyone want to talk to the guy?
