1. We are getting this error message while Synchro is updating the
customers:
"Miva Merchant Error: List ID mismatch".
Is this easy to correct?
2. We are having real problems with how slow Miva Synchro is. We're not
sure if it is getting slower, but it seems to be.
The CPU on our system goes to 100% (saturated) during the
synchronization and it looks like each order takes about 10 minutes to
synchronize. We just added another 256MB of RAM, but it did not help
even a little bit. Any suggestions?
