Miva User-Login Name being a pest....

We used to have this problem also but got used to it because this is the only way for customers to have a UNIQUE record in QB. If we have the customer's ACTUAL name in that field, then what happens when 2 people with the same first and last name purchase at our store?
What I would like is for QB to provide the option of searching records using other means besides what they call "Customer Name". Also, we are encouraging our customers to create Logins at Miva using their real name...
