Al,

We are using Authorize.Net and our retrieval problem started before Authorize.Net had their DDoS. The payments are being processed fine thru Authorize.Net, each order's payment information is available in Miva, we just get an error when attempting to retrieve the information from QB. Also, I believe that when you try to retrieve payments from QB, it's looking to talk to Miva and not to Authorize.Net as Authorize.Net already did their job and the information is in Miva.

More inputs are greatly appreciated.
