Rich,

If you do not want Customers and Products to be added to Miva Merchant,
then
you will want to choose the "Do Not Synchronize" options from the Synch
Direction dropdowns in Properties: Customers and Properties: Products.

Why, after the completion of a synchronization, does the synchronization
summary indicate that customers have been added to QuickBooks and
customers
and products have been added to Miva Merchant even though I have Synchro
configured to ONLY download orders i.e. NOT to synchronize customers or
products???????
