    fixing: QB error parsing XML stream ?

    Content-Type: text/plain;
    charset="us-ascii"

    Would anyone have suggestions on eliminating this error message we are
    getting during synchronization?
    "QuickBooks Error: Error communicating with QuickBooks: QuickBooks found
    an error when parsing the provided XML text stream."

    I believe it is choking on an order for a product that had a "/" in the
    description. I've removed the "/" from the product description in the
    store, but it is probably still on the order Synchro is failing to
    synchronize. Do I just have to tell Synchro to look past this order, and
    then enter the order manually in QB?

    Bob,
    I think it will be quicker to "skip" past the order and enter manually. =
    I think you want to be sure you have another order past the offending =
    one in order for Synchro to go on. I also think you will need to =
    uncheck the "detect out of sequence" orders box under =
    properities/orders.

      fixing: QB error parsing XML stream ?

      Hi Bob,

      We actually discovered a bug in v1.5 that has a problem with special
      characters in the Customer information. So, this is where it is probably
      getting hung-up. We have a fix that was released from Development. Working
      on getting it out to all the users now. Look for that shortly.

      Thanks.
