We are using Synchro and are experiencing a serious problem. Every time
Synchro is launched we get an application busy error in QuickBooks. The
CPU usage goes through the roof (99-100%). Someone has to sit there and
wait for the CPU usage to go back down to a reasonable level and then
press the retry button. I'm working on some automation to handle the =
    job
of keeping things moving in off time but I'd really like to fix the
problem. BTW, it's not a weak computer problem. We tried cutting over =
    to
a Dual Xenon machine but it was no better.

    Please help.

    Application Busy problem

Is the 'Application Busy' issue relieved at all by disabling Audit Trail
    function in Quick Books?

      Hi David,

The next release of Miva Synchro should address this issue. It uses less
memory and prevents that pop-up window from coming up so you don't have to
      wait and click "retry".

      Thanks.
