Miva is very sorry to learn that our software will not currently =
operate in
your environment. As an FYI, here is our standard operating procedure =
when
something like this occurs:

1. When someone reports a problem or bug with our software we follow a
specific protocol in identifying the issue. =20

2. If the issue is one we've never encountered before, the first step =
is to
recreate the error or bug in house.=20

3. On rare occasions we're unable to re-create the issue (due to the =

variety of software environments and hardware configurations in the =
market,
we're not 100% successful in reproducing problems sometimes seen by our =
end
users). =20

Newbie Questions



We were not able to get Synchro to work properly from the beginning. Miva
tech support was unable to offer any solutions other then to wait for a
newer better release. I guess it depends on how big your store is. Ours is
on the bigger side and Synchro could not handle all our products. So far we
are out $400 with nothing to show for it.
