    No Tax Code in "Properties:Products"

    hi all,

    I was able to install Synchro with my QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions
    3.0 under XP-Pro and with no other Intuit products installed.

    I was able to use the add store wizard to add my Merchant 4.22 store.

    I unchecked the "Synchronize products created in QuickBooks".

    When I go to the "Properties: Products" screen I do not have any "Tax
    Codes". The fields are both blank and (as with several other posters) =
    my
    "OK" button is grayed out.

    I made sure that "Sales Tax" is enabled in QB, and it was not so I
    enabled it. This did not help. I deleted the store and started over.
    This did not help.

    I unchecked the "Synchronize products created in Miva merchant" and
    "Synchronize products created in QuickBooks" and this enabled the "OK"
    button.

    The "OK" is available in the "Order" and "Customer" screens.


    Questions:

    1. It looks to me as if the lack of "Tax Codes" in the "Properties:
    Products" is what prevents the "OK" from being available. How Can I
    correct this?=20

    2. Does anybody else have Synchro running under QuickBooks Enterprise
    Solutions 3.0 and/or XP-Pro?

    No Tax Code in "Properties:Products"



    Hi Robert,

    In QuickBooks, under Edit>>>Preferences>>>Sales Tax>>>Company Preferences,
    do you have the Tax Codes setup? There are two drop-down boxes in QuickBooks
    that must be configured first.
