Miva Synchro and QuickBooks 2004 Pro

    Hello Users,

I have done some initial testing of Miva Synchro and QuickBooks 2004 Pro and
it looks like there is one problem already. Under Properties: Orders, the
drop-downs for the Shipping Item and the Sales Tax Items does not pull the
items from the QuickBooks company file that are added by Miva Synchro when
    adding a new store.

Shipping Item: This should read items from QuickBooks that are labeled as
"Other Charge". It does not look like it is doing this. This is a required
    field for synchronizing Orders.

Line Tax Item and Invoice Tax Item: This should read items from QuickBooks
that are labeled as "Sales Tax Item". It does not look like it is doing
this. This is not a required field for synchronizing Orders.

I have reported this to Development to look into today. I'll keep the list
    updated with info.

    Thanks.

When you tested it did you get the following error message?

QuickBooks Error: The query request has not been fully completed. =
    There was
a required element ("60000-1072817178") that could not be found in
    QuickBooks.

If you are then it would be nice to have a fix, if not could someone =
    tell me
    a solution?

Please don't leave me hanging, I have spent $400 and not been able to =
    use
it. I have a pretty little icon in the corner of my screen, so that =
    has to
    be worth about $10...

BTW, I am using QuickBooks Premier Retail Edition.

      Chris,

Please send me your QB XML log file from Miva Synchro off-list so I can see
what is causing that error you are getting. This error is generic and can be
caused by many different things, so I'll need to look at your specific case
      for a resolution.

      Thanks.
