customer type...

I have not purchased Synchro yet, but I am considering it. Can't find too
much detailed info on the Miva site on it. My major question is, how does
Synchro deal with items like, Customer Type, or Rep? i.e. I select a
certain customer type based on what someone orders. I also added a module
to Miva that allows them to enter "how they heard about us." I am assuming
there probably isn't a way for synchro to take this info and synch it with
my rep. list in Quickbooks?

Hi Craig,

Miva Synchro can add existing Miva Merchant customers to your QuickBooks
Customer List. There currently is no option to add them as a Rep, though.

Unfortunately, additional fields added by third party modules cannot be
synced with Miva Synchro.
