I think I saw this error described here previously. Was there a fix?
We are using the latest Synchro with QuickBooks Pro 2004.

    Full error message:
The query request has not been fully completed. There was a required
element ("B70000-162973775") that could not be found in QuickBooks.

      Ok, we figured this out.=20
We had deleted old batches, but not the associated old orders from our
Miva Merchant. Apparently, Synchro saw the old orders but choked when =
      it
      could not find their batches.=20

Our synching with QuickBooks Pro 2004 now seems to work.=20

We did have the initial problem of Synchro deleting all our products in
the store the first time through.=20

Another problem was caused by using =E8 (accent grave?) in Cr=E8me. =
      Looks
like QuickBooks cannot process it, so we had to remove it from our
product names and historical orders. That may be the tip of an iceberg
      for lots of incompatible characters.=20
