I am running 2004 Premier as well. I am getting the following error message
          when I try and sync:

QuickBooks Error: The query request has not been fully complete. There was
a required element ("60000-1072817178") that could not be found in

            Synchro and QuickBooks 2004

I can't use it with QB Premier 2004 either. The girl on the phone at Miva
specifically told me it would work with QB 2004, it doesn't. I have
requested a refund. We shouldn't have to pay $400 to beta test a product.

                Server Busy Error

                Hi,

I just installed synchro and I'm trying to use it for the first time and I'm
getting a server busy error after it downloads list of new orders.

"This action cannot be completed because the Quickbooks Pro Edition 2003
program is not responding. Choose "Switch To" and correct problem.

I try hitting switch to... and the error pops up again and also tried the
retry button and the error pops up again. And I do have QB open and the
correct company file is open also.

Andy ideas or anyone have this same problem before?

                Thanks, Rick

                  Server Busy Error

I've had this error before (often) and believe it is due to a slow CPU
and limited memory. When you get it, try opening the task manager
(Ctrl-Alt-Del on Windows 2000 and XP) and look at the Performance tab.
Look at the CPU Usage (which will be at 100% or close to it) and wait.
Eventually (after a couple of minutes?) the CPU Usage will drop into the
***** or less. _Then_ hit "Switch To". It seems to work then, if slowly.

That must have been exactly what happened as I restarted my computer and
                    synchro worked fine.

                    Thanks, Rick
