    Sync Orders

    Hi Alexis,

You need to create an Item in QuickBooks as an Other Charge for the Shipping
Charges. Then, in Miva Synchro, under Orders, specify that Shipping Charges
Item in the drop-down menu for Shipping Line Item.

    Thanks.

        The Sync is Failing

I'm trying manual sychronization. The process starts...I get a window saying
"1 of 11 orders...", but the window disappears and no orders show up in QB.
This is what the log says...

        [10/23/2003 14:32:11] Order Synchronization: Begin
returning from ProcessXMLRequest, result = 0
        OAstdMethodRet (80041a00)
        OAstdMethodRet (80041a00)
returning from ProcessXMLRequest, result = 0
        OAstdMethodRet (80040946)
        OAstdMethodRet (80040946)
returning from ProcessXMLRequest, result = 0

        What should I do?

        Thanks,

        Ken
