given object ID error

My orders have been coming through without any major errors, but now I
am unable to synchronize and am getting this:

Quickbooks Error: The given object ID "" in the field "list id" is
invalid.

Any idea what I should do?

Hi Ariana,

Can you send me a copy of your Miva Synchro logs? There should be three of
them: Synchronization Log, QuickBooks XML log, and Miva Merchant Log.

Send them directly to [email protected]
