no idea how to update my storefront

I have recently purchased the bootstrap framework and have just completed uploading all of my images. I am now almost ready to go live, but I need to complete my front page. I have no idea how to change the image son my front page, or add a link to the image to bring my customer to a page with in my site, or change the color of the promo boxes. I am not familiar with code and need step by step assistance with this process.

I can't go into super detail right now but the page you need to edit is the SFNT page (content tab) colors are controlled by the css file. You will have to change the path of images and links manually.
