Has the Bootstrap Framework been upgraded to Miva 9? Coupons etc...

I noticed that the Bootstrap download page shows that it is Ready Theme Enabled does that mean it is now fully Miva 9 ready?

Yes. When ReadyThemes launched we replaced the bootstrap framework with an updated framework, still based off bootstrap but it also has all the readytheme elements in it as well.

It is also worth noting there are few minor bug fixes to all the ReadyThemes which should be pushed early next week.

I have used download function at http://www.miva.com/php/bootstrap.php when extracted, only one file shows up "base-readytheme.pkg" is a better resource available for obtaining all necessary files?

All the files you need, css, html, php, js, etc are all contained in that single pkg file.

We also have them hosted on github in case you want to download individual files:
