No Start Line Error when using diag6.mvc

I'm installing V5.16 of miva empresa on my linux redhat server. When I pull up the diag6.mvc file and then click on the license manager call I get the following errors. What would be causing this? Also the last time that I installed miva-empresa there was one certs folder. Now in the certs folder there is "openssl-1.0", "openssl-0.9" and "raw". The certs in the openssl folders do not contain anything. Is this the way that the folders are supposed to be loaded onto the server. Forgive my ignorance to this.

Hello,

If you uploaded the files via FTP than the certs (files in openssl-0.9/1.0) most likely did not upload. Try uploading the empresa tar or just try uploading them again.
