migrate the site to a server running a non-EOL operating system

I know Debian is not a system you guys work with, but Ubuntu is built of Debian, so it would make sense that Miva should be compatible, as it has been for years. Would you saying updating to Debian Buster could possibly fix this issue, since that version is not in EOL?

Migrating to a new OS is a very daunting task, and could possible bring more problems for us then just the Miva updating issue. If we choose to go down that route, we can count on you to provide support, correct?

Actually no, the only thing we're committed to supporting is our SaaS product, anyone choosing to "self host" has chosen to go it alone.
