Create PDF?

Is there a way to create a pdf from a base64 string using Miva Script?
Any ideas on how to do this?

I've used PDFRocket in the past for creating PDFs. There's a simple API involved since it's an off site service, but it's easy to work with. I've also used DOCRAPTOR and JSPDF which work on the site, but not as well as using pdfrocket (at least for me.)
