Products per page not working

This problem may be specific to the site I'm working. At first that thought the pagination issue might have been related to having the Sebenza Category Template Manager module still active in the store. Even if it's item isn't assigned to the page, it still rules the page in odd ways. I deactivated the module and the sort function started working as expected but I'm still not able to get the Pagination - products per page to work.

Could there be something in the Base Ready Theme that could be interfering? Anything else I should look at before I open a support ticket?

You're talking about the front end correct? Can you send me a link and I'll see what is going on.
