Having issues with the 'CTUS' page

Hello,

Can anybody assist with my issue ? On my 'Contact Us' page I can not get my form to show up.

This is how it is suppose to look

This is how mine looks

It's missing the info where the customer is suppose to fill in their info.

It says "You must javascript enabled to use this form."I don't understand, if I didn't have javascript enable why would the other page work?

It looks like your Javascript is incorrect. Copy the code from this file and replace it with the file on your server. This should fix it.

Brenna thanks so much. It worked! Still not sure how the js file got messed up. I know better to mess with javascript. :)

Any idea how to get it to go to an email?

It looks like your Javascript is incorrect. Copy the code from this file and replace it with the file on your server. This should fix it.

The form by default pulls the stores email address to determine who to send it to. If you want to change this, there is a hidden input on the page which can be adjusted to whatever email you like.

Thanks for the help Brennan. It looks like I do have the correct email address. When I try and submit the forum it directs it to https://firstavepromo.cybrhost.com/m...ontactForm.php and it says invalid token.

Any other ideas on why it is doing that?

The issue now is your domain settings in Miva.

If you look at the browser console you're getting this error:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://firstavepromo.cybrhost.com/forms/token.php. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://firstavepromo.cybrhost.com' is therefore not allowed access.

There is JavaScript trying to make a request to a page called token.php but it is failing because it is cross domain.

Your basehref is always being output https

<base href="https://firstavepromo.cybrhost.com/mm5/" />


This means your domain settings in Miva are incorrect. The urls should be http for the non secure urls.

For the record, Easy Contact takes about 15 minutes to install, setup and take messages...if you type real slow. You can also easily link Menu buttons to the Easy Contact form (about another 2 minutes).

Ok, so I went and made the changes to the non-secure urls however I am still getting the same issue. I am sorry Brennan, what am I missing?

So now it looks like that file does not exist on your server, Not sure what happen but looks like it was never created when the framework was installed.

Thanks for all of your help. I feel like we are almost there. They are up on the server but the path was ../mm5/forms/token.php

Is it correct for me to change the form method? Other wise it does not work correctly.

You can't cahnge it to that page. That will bypass the form processor all together and you will not get an email.

Would you mind private messaging me admin and FTP, I can login and correct the path issue.

In testing our CTUS form, it showed up on the page but when i tried to send a test i got a 404 error
Not Found

The requested document was not found on this server.

The Thank You redirect page after the customer has submitted the form assumes you have short links turned on. Go to Domain Settings and then under SEO Settings enable Search Friendly Links.

This will allow this page to work:

http://kalolabotanicals.mivamerchant.net/THANKYOU.html?form=contact

Or you can always adjust the php script to change the URL it redirects to.
