Does any one know where I can edit the subject line in order confirmation emails?

Click on Menu and then on Order Fulfillment. Click on the Template Based Emails tab and then on the Order Confirmation you would like to edit the subject for. Click the edit icon (pencil) once you've selected the Order Confirmation and from here you can modify the subject.
