ReadyTheme version confusion

I thought I'd save myself some time and tried installing the latest version of the Suivant ReadyTheme in my store so I could copy and whole pages instead of hunting for line changes. I had previously installed Iron and Wool on 5/11/2015. When I installed and applied the Suivant ReadyTheme on 8/5/2015. When viewing the templates I was expecting to see "Updated by Framework 'suviant-readytheme' on (08/05/2015) but it never changed. It still showed "Updated by Framework 'ironwool-readytheme' on (05/11/2015)". So I reached out to support thinking I had broken something. I was told that

because the template changes from iron+wool are the same as Suivant. If no changes to the code has been made the version remains the same.

Now if that confuses me, can you image how a store owner might feel if they tried to make a change like I just tried?

So I think I'll pop over to the wish list and ask for not only version numbers but if the Framework name changes so does the Updated by Framework info.
