When will documentation be available on how to add "MM9.5 Customer Addresses" to Iron & Wool? Or should I say when will the template code be available to copy in to ACLN, CABK, CADA, CADE and any necessary additional to code to insert on checkout pages?

Yes, they're all slated to be released (along with Levels our latest theme) next Tuesday the 19th.
