Levels ReadyTheme - Estimate Shipping Gone?

Is the 'estimate shipping' feature not available on the new levels theme? I just had a couple customers point that out and I can not find anywhere to turn it on.

It should be on the basket page on the right hand side. There should be a link that says "Estimate"

How weird. It is there now but I swear it was not there this morning or last night. Oh well... it is there now but, unfortunately, does not work. Clicking it just slightly greys out the screen under it- sort of like a box is supposed to be popping up but every thing in it is missing.

Would it be better to submit a ticket on this issue?
