Attached are some instructions and link the the code.

Basically you create a csv in the format outlined, upload it to the mivadata folder and then run a Miva page which will convert the CSV to our XML which you can then import via Data Management.

This is on the roadmap to build in, however it can be done now via XML and I believe we have our own custom tool we built as well. Let me see if I can find it.
