Shipping Estimate Display UPS Rate?

I am setting up my new Elements store and I can not seem to figure out how to get the 'estimate shipping' on the BASK page to display UPS rates. It will display my flat rate options fine. The shipping selection page displays the UPS rates just fine. Is there a setting that I need to enable or something to get UPS rates in the BASK's estimate window?

The shipping estimate function on the basket page should pull all shipping rates available. Do your products have weights assigned to them?

Yes, the item has a weight assigned. If you continue on to the select shipping screen the UPS rate shows up correctly.

I would recommend contacting support so they can check and diagnose the issue from within the administration portal.

BTW: Sometimes this is because the ShipEstimate item hasn't been assigned to all pages where the estimates need to appear. Especially if they show up fine on the basket page.

Thanks for the clue. We are going to check it out. We are on ready theme Iron and Wool and have been for a few years. I read over the data at the link but I am not a coder so I asked someone else to review it and see what they thought.
