I have discussed this with our team, it doesn't look like any search results are showing at all. There is a possibility that something is up with the database. I would recommend opening a support ticket and ask them to log the SQL queries made when searching to see if that shows anything.

I did both (compare with the US site and contacting the support team) and still don't find the issue.

I really don't understand what could be happening, I have also applied another framework from another site to see if with that the search works but didn't.

Any other option that I could apply?

You may want to compare the search settings on your New Zealand site to those of your US site. If they are the same and the site code is as well, then I would recommend contacting our support team for assistance.

Our New Zealand site is having an issue with the search function (https://www.mauriprosailing.co.nz/), for example, if you search for "Harken" it wouldn't appear any product on the search result even if there are products with this brand.

This is a new site that we are developing, and I have applied the framework of our mauriprosailing.com/us site, it is weird for me because I am working on other international websites and all of them work perfectly fine but this one and in all the website I have applied the same process.

I was wondering if you could help me identify the issue.
