Can't add to basket problem

Had a dev store created for the store owner to checkout Miva 10. PROD page is nearly stock template code and for the Add to Basket code, it is stock Colossus as I recall. Problem is, clicking Add to Basket button on PROD leaves the button state as "Processing." Nothing added to the basket. What do I need to look at to troubleshoot?

BTW: There are no JS console errors.

Thanks. Using the Chrome Network tool appears to be giving up info like a cheap, 2 bit...

Could very well be that external resources in this store don't like to run on a dev and needs a www.

Unsure yet if the info will lead me to the problem. But, there is stuff there to look at. For instance, there are 3 blocked JS resources. The first one blocked is GTM?

I've been combing through GTM for this store, and I can't tell if there are any scripts IN the container. This may be running in the store and never has had to. But now it's getting caught somehow? Is there a tool that will tell me -- go ahead and disable GTM? This appears to be a 1.2-second hit on page-speed too.

Regarding adding to the basket, I think I'm being informed that there is an issue with the combined resource being called with json.mvc when clicking the add button. I blocked it, and the process continues but doesn't add to the basket. Not sure where to go with that information if it's even relevant.

UPDATE/More Info:

Looking at the Network on the live production store, some of the external resources have the same blocked status.
The json.mvc resource that calls a combined resource however is not blocked.

What could make this problem? Two major things changed. The copy of the production site and the upgrade to Miva 10. Is the combined resource corrupted somehow?

You can comment out the GTM code firing code.

I HATE GTM...because it allows any marketing yahoo to throw whatever script they want on the site. (But i do LOVE the concept of GTM.)

Update so far: Support refreshed the dev site. No issue so far prior to the update. So the baseline is that dev 9.14 copy of the store can add to basket without an issue. We'll see if the streaming update to M10 breaks the store.

Final Update: As it stands right now, the update didn't break the store. I don't anticipate any more issues. I can't explain what happened.
