Change Phone number and Shop Categories Drop Down

Hi. I'm very new to Colossus and need some help please.

Shop Categories Drop Down
I see how I can update the 'static' links in the footer and above the main nav bar with Navigation Sets but I have no idea how to get my categories to show up in the Shop Categories drop down. How do I do that?

Phone Number
How do I change the phone number in the top right?

To edit the Shop Categories navigation, in your administration portal go to User Interface -> Theme Components -> Navigation Sets -> Primary Site Navigation -> Navigation Items. There you can change what categories show. As for the phone number, that is pulled from the store phone number (Store Settings -> Owner).

I've looked and there is NO Primary Site option. I've opened a ticket with miva to try and help.
