Paypal commerce platform question

While upgrading from iron wool to Colossus (using a dev site), I am switching the pay processor to the latest paypal commerce platform module, it is linked but not totally,
"Linked – Your account is approved for PayPal Payments. Ability to accept credit card payments is pending." .... I already accept cc payments via the discontinued/soon to be defunct Paypal module. How do I get the paypal commerce platform module to recognize that?

Soooo close to finishing the switch to Colossus :)
