We need someone to build an API between Miva and HubSpot

Can someone recommend a way to connect Miva and HubSpot? We are trying to gather customer information and their purchases into HubSpot but we don't know of a way connect to Miva. We came across a company called Alumio (https://www.alumio.com/connect/miva-to-hubspot) that says they can do it, but they charge a large monthly fee for their service. I think it would be more cost effective to hire someone to build out a single connection once rather than a monthly fee.

Any suggestions, advice or developer recommendations would be welcome!!
