    Payment module inactive cannot install

Why would it matter is a payment module is inactive when trying to install the Levels ReadyTheme? I received this error message when trying to apply the framework:

Failed to apply framework: 'PayPal Payments Advanced and/or Payflow Gateway' is inactive, and cannot be installed.

Most likely because the framework has a reference to one of the paypal modules? Why not just make it active and install framework, then if needed, deactivate it.

It looks like the most recent version of the Levels ReadyTheme does contain references to PayPal Payments Advanced, among other payment modules. I'll see what can be done to remove those references before the next release/update of it.

Interesting. Seems like future Themes, may need either "pre- or post- configuration" options. I.e, Select certain features like "paypal" on, off, then download, or keep module dependent features out of the theme and on install, the site developer can 'Add' them in. If this is done as a 'wizard' upon first install, it should be too hard because you should be able to determine exactly where the supporting SMT code needs to be. (Or even, make a specific comment tag for it like <mvt:comment> ***MIVA_INSERT_PAYPAL_TAG***</mvt:comment>
