shipping rates and changing addresses

The Levels ReadyTheme should be holding on to the information you enter on OCST once you proceed to OSEL, however it is possible that an auto-fill function might be overriding this. Can you test the process in a different browser that either has its cookies cleared out or has never gone through the checkout process on this site?

I figured out that miva isn't retaining the zip code I put in the last time I visited OCST and OSEL
if I didn't checkout and shopped around again, the started the checkout process, my zip code isn't what I typed.

I don't know if it is my browser inserting the zip code OR if Miva isn't keeping track of it.

If the shipping module you are using makes its calculations based on the shipping zip code, the rates should change on OSEL if a change was made to the zip code on OCST.

Shipping rates do change when removing or adding items to the basket.
but in the checkout shipping rates don't change if you update the address zip codes.
is there a way to force a refresh of the entire cart if someone changes address in the checkout customer screen?
