Make the shipping email and phone number optional

You just need to revert your OCST templates back to the previous version (while leaving the customer fields selections changed).

I am trying to make the shipping email and phone number optional. I went to the customer fields and made Billing as primary and Shipping fields as optional. What this did is removed all the levels theme formatting in OCST, ACAD, ACED and other pages where customer field are displayed and now these pages look out of place.

Is there way to make shipping email and phone number optional without changing the theme layout on the above pages.
