CSS Resources extensions missing

I'm working on a site that started out using Colossus and switched to Shadows so this may or may not be why the User Interface -> CSS Resources > extensions is missing. I went looking for it to add the

@import "carousel/roundabout.css"

as outlined in the Miva docs for creating the Hero Slider.

Hi Leslie,

Shadows ships with Roundabout enabled by default, so that step shouldn't be necessary. The documentation is in the process of being updated to reflect the addition of CSS and JavaScript Resources to the core software.
