Global Footer Top Padding

Can someone guide me to where the css is for controlling the top padding in the global footer.

.t-site-footer . It's in the "theme.css" file. Located in /mm5/themes/00000001/shadows/

Thanks Jim. That is what I thought and it shows
.t-site-footer {
padding-top: 1rem;
}

However it does not display as such and no matter what I change it to nothing happens.
This is the site horseandkennel.com and the global site footer padding is extreme.
