Problems with Shadows RT > Address Verification

Problems with Shadows ReadyThemes > Checkout > Address Verification:

    1. Three times wrong addresses was not flagged (fortunately ShipWorks caught it), and
    2. Twice shoppers were not able to place an order.

Will be disabling this feature until someone figures out what the issue is.
    Thank you, Bill Davis

    Hi Bill,

Were there any error messages reported that could help track down what might have been going on? The next release of Shadows does have an update on OCST that will help to prevent some issues with remembering form fields, especially when using address validation and/or leaving and reentering checkout.

No error messages, just looping over and over.

I am also having this same issue on a store that was a clean install 10/18/21. We are up to date on 10.02.00. A previously verified address will still come up with a verification error. If the user clicks the "Update Address" button, they can continue checking out. This is not very intuitive, and could be a customer service nightmare.

We have U.S.P.S., FedEx, and Flat Rate Shipping methods enabled. I would be happy to have support look at our store.

          Hi Shannon,

I would recommend contacting support and have them take a look at your store.

I have been informed by Support that is an identified bug to be fixed in 10.03.00, which may be released by the end of this month.
