When I made that update in my dev store it looks like it corrected the issue. I will bring this up to the software team so they can implement the fix in a future update.

Here is a different screen shot from a better monitor, with the background overlay color suppressed so you can see the clarity difference between the BASK page itself and the dialog box.

In my research online, I did find something that indicated the blurriness is due to the size of the dialog being not whole numbers so the screen has to extrapolate.

The screenshot looks fuzzy on my laptop at 1440x900 unless I resize the image smaller.

Is there a fix for 'blurry' dialog boxes such as the "Estimate Shipping" & "Edit Basket"? See attached from the Shadows framework.
