Donna after looking a little deeper into your site it looks like this is already implemented. I will see if our team can replicate this however we have not heard any other reports of issues like this so it may be a user specific situation. The customer may have browser extensions installed or other device specific settings that are causing issues.

Hi Nick,
What page should I go to to put the code? Then where would I put the code? Would I see this code that is incorrect?
Sorry, I don't know about this.
Thank you,
Donna

One suggestion would be to use the inputmode attribute on the form input: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/...utes/inputmode
The newest version of Shadows has this attribute on the login inputs and we have not heard any issues with the newest version of theme. Here is what the default Shadows input looks like:
Code:<input id="Customer_LoginEmail_LOGN" class="c-form-input" type="text" inputmode="email" name="Customer_LoginEmail" value="" autocomplete="email" required="" aria-required="true">

I'm wondering where they are trying to login from? Just realized my header login works as expected.
However the login in pop up on OCST is going to what appears to be a broken link for me. I recently switched to shadows a week ago or so. I also installed the latest shadows on a different branch which shares the same problem.

Can you please verify that the customer is on the following page: https://www.treasuresofthesouthwest....er-log-in.html
I checked the input fields and everything is set up as expected. I also tested on both an iPhone 15 and Google Pixel. Unfortunately, I no longer have a Samsung lying around (good riddance). Sounds like she's using the Samsung internet browser, which we can't test without having the device on hand. I would recommend that she try an alternate browser if all else fails (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
Sorry I can't be of more help at this time!

Please share a link to your site. We can't identify the issue without it.

Customer can't login to her account
My customer can't login to her account on her Samsung tablet. She can shop on our website she can place an order. However when she attempts to login her keyboard will not pop up. I am hoping someone else has had this happen and found a solution. This is what she told me. I am sure she is using the default browser as she has not changed anything.
Thank you,
Donna
When I touch the signin box, the second I lift my finger, the keyboard flashes at the bottom of the screen, but is gone before I can touch a key. I'm completely baffled because I'm not having the problem anywhere else.
I am using Samsung version 23.0.1.1. The keyboard comes up so I can search items throughout your site. The only problem I encounter is with the field where I am supposed to enter my id. When I click in that field, the keyboard flashes at the bottom of the screen, but it disappears before I can click on the first letter.
I'm not sure about the browser other than that I found the Samsung version 23.0.1.1 info on my settings page. Since I do searches through Google, I guess that Google Chrome might be what you are looking for.
