Editing "navbar" [cmp-cssui-navbar]

Hello,

I'm trying to make it so that when a user clicks on the text in the sale portion of the navbar ("Free Ground Shipping On All Orders in the demo), it will open a little pop up that provides more clarification. Previously using the levels framework, we surrounded the actual banner with a div and implemented a js function, but I'm not sure how to do that now as if I surround the mvt:item navbar like that it will affect the entire navbar which is not desired.

How would I go about solving this problem? The main issue is that I don't know how to edit the navbar itself.

That item tag points to the section "Navigation Bar" located under User Interface -> Global Settings. There you should find the actual code for that portion of the header.
