I did not but that seems to be the issue. I am trying to find that info. It looks like the links are pulling &mvte:global:theme_path;/css/style.php?page=&mvte:page:code; which means the global theme is defined somewhere... I bet its in that location. Any idea where the global theme_path is defined?
Looking at the errors generated, it is not just the style sheet that is not being called. There are issues with images as well as JavaScript. You might want to double-check the Domain Settings to make sure all the fields are filled in correctly. If they are, you may need to contact support to take a look at the site/server.

OK, we use the legacy SEO system. Should we be using the URI management system now, and what does the Link to this page using https check box do on each individual page do?
Using URI Management is not mandatory, it can just be easier to maintain. If you check that box, it will for that page to be HTTPS; even if it usually isn't.
