To add the description and keywords to a specific page, you'll have to assign the prodctgy_meta item to that page. It will add description and keywords areas to your SEO tab for that page. The values you are seeing right now are last options for Miva if it doesn't find any description or keywords configured for that page. As a temporary fix, you can try replacing that with &mvt:store:name; instead of "SEO *****" until you move all changes to the site, so that at least pages have your site name as default description and keyword.

Hi

On my SFNT page it has an SEO tab with Title. But anything I enter does not show up on the website. SO I just replaced the code in the page template title tag with my title preference.

My question is where do I add the Keyword and Descriptions? when I view source on my home page it shows this:
<meta name="keywords" content="SEO: META KEYWORDS" />
<meta name="description" content="SEO: META DESCRIPTION" />

Also, how do I make the storefront promo message to be an H1 Tag?
