suivant PROD Closeup not working, help

My PROD Closeup isnt working, what could be the problem? i cant see magnifying glass icon also.

click to closeup is enable btw.

Looks like the zoom image is not populating. Make sure you have the Product Image Custom Fields module active under Utilities and have the "Image Type: Main Image" custom field selected on the Product Display Layout.
