On what screens are these items to be assigned to? I'm thinking the BASK screen is a given. Are there others that need intervention?

the amazonpay item is assigned to all of the Amazon pages (AMAZONPAY_OCST, AMAZONPAY_OPAY, AMAZONPAY_OSEL), and BASK

amazonpay_address -> AMAZONPAY_OCST, AMAZONPAY_OPAY, AMAZONPAY_OSEL

amazonpay_button -> BASK

amazonpay_wallet -> AMAZONPAY_OPAY,

On all the amazon pages and amazon button item where you want the button to appear (i.e., basket page)

REPLACE:

WITH:

In the Amazon Payment templates. This lets the Amazon display adjust for screen size.

Let me clarify - re-add Amazon Pay. The site already had it, but it was overlooked and the item assignments got removed.
