A couple new template language features were released in the 5.20 engine.
1. Ability to escape quotes in mvt:assign and mvt:eval
2. New loop specific tags
<mvt:foreachcontinue />
<mvt:foreachstop />
<mvt:whilecontinue />
<mvt:whilestop />
