VAT in Price Group 'Wholesale'

VAT is showing up in 'Wholesale' Price Group when checking out and showing up as included in the price.. I don't want VAT being shown or being part of the price of 'cost' the only exception would be for wholesale customers in Cyprus but would want it to add the VAT not be part of the 'Cost' price. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated!
