Breadcrumbs for MMUI

If you don't use the custom field route, I think you'll need to do a somewhat complex set of functions and conditionals to "walk back" from where you are. Extremely doable, but not via a forum post at this time :( . I've done several of these for other reasons but because of these 'other reasons' that code sample would probably confuse rather than illuminate the situation, sorry.

If this is for search engines (where the breadcrumbs should remain constant for a give product/page) I think your only choice would be a custom field.

I was thinking it was more for the store and usability.

It would seem that the addition of breadcrumbs was only available for CSSUI. Other than using a tool type module is there any way to create something similar to the CSSUI Smart Breadcrumbs?
