Fix the "Invalid Wish List" error

I just wrote a post on how to fix the "Invalid Wish List" error when a customer without an account tries to "move all" to a wish list from the basket page. The readytheme template for the ACAD (Customer Create) page is incomplete when it comes to new customers trying to move their basket into a wish list but the fix is pretty easy for standard setups.

On a related note, would you have to have any insight into why you can't create a new Wish List when adding from the basket if you are already signed in?

Don't know, it took a while to track the first one down. However I'm going into a site and checking all wish list functionality this afternoon so if I find any issues and fixes I'll post them here (and I'll look specifically at what you just mentioned as well.)

Thanks for posting the updates above. I made those updates, but I'm still getting errors when I try to select the Wish List from a customer account - any/all lists give the error "Invalid wish list".
